Digital Products - No Refunds
All sales of digital products at Freedom Solutions are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
Digital products (including but not limited to Power BI solution starters and Excel sample data files) are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once you have access to download the files, we cannot retrieve or "return" the digital content, which is why all sales are final.

Downloads are available for 24 hours after purchase. Please save your files securely during this period. We cannot be held responsible for files not downloaded within the access window.
