1. Open the File: Double-click the delivered .pbix file to open it in Power BI Desktop (fully populated with secure placeholder data).
2. Update the Data Source: From the Home ribbon, click Transform Data ➔ Data Source Settings ➔ Change Source.
3. Paste Your URL: Replace our trial environment URL with your organisation's live OnePlan OData URL, click OK, and hit Refresh.

• Metadata-Only Architecture: You only provide the empty field labels (e.g., Department or Priority). We configure and test the underlying data plumbing using our isolated OnePlan demo sandbox, ensuring total corporate data isolation.
• Strategic Anonymity Enforced: To protect your internal project profiling methods and corporate strategy, we strictly require generic naming conventions (e.g. Strategic Priority 1) on your intake sheet. You can easily rename these visual labels back to your proprietary corporate names inside Power BI Desktop in under 5 seconds once the file is delivered (simply double-click the column name in the Data pane or change the field label directly on the visual).
  
  
• No Dropdown Content Required: If your custom column is a Choice (Dropdown) field, do not send us the internal list of options. We use generic placeholders (Option A, Option B) in our sandbox. Your live environment’s dropdown choices will automatically populate the moment you connect your live URL.

This fixed-fee service covers direct metadata field mapping and regional language translation only. Blending external data sources (such as SharePoint, Excel, or Azure DevOps) or re-architecting default visual layouts is strictly excluded. All customer submissions are subject to the verification checklist on the intake workbook's 'READ ME FIRST' sheet.

• Independent Service Provision: We are completely independent and are not an affiliate, partner, partner-agent, or authorised reseller of OnePlan or its parent companies. All original OnePlan Portfolio Status report packs are the exclusive property of OnePlan and are freely available directly from their official platform for use with their software trial. Our flat fee represents a pure service charge for custom data-configuration and regionalisation labour applied to a template provided by, or accessible to, the end-user.
• Licensing Compliance: This flat-fee micro-consulting service covers configuration, localisation, and data-mapping labour only. We do not sell, distribute, or licence OnePlan software, environments, or report templates. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to possess the valid OnePlan platform licences required to refresh and run the delivered report file.
• Scope Finality & Revision Restrictions: This transaction is for a fixed-scope technical service executed according to the final mapping matrix submitted by the client. We do not offer open-ended development revisions, layout restructurings, or customised logic updates such as DAX. Any requests that deviate from or expand beyond the strict boundaries of the original submitted matrix will immediately pause production and require a separate Price On Application (POA) consultation quote.
