To maintain our fixed price and '2 business days' delivery, this micro-consulting service focuses strictly on integrating your existing fields and text changes. It does not include writing new visual layouts, building custom calculation formulas, or writing unique DAX logic. Any further customisations can be quoted separately as Price On Application (POA).

Immediate Post‑Purchase

• You will receive an email with a download link for the Intake Matrix (Excel workbook).
• Complete the Mapping Matrix sheet by listing your 10 field names and selecting your placement preferences.
• Review the 3‑step verification checklist on the READ ME FIRST sheet.
• Email the completed workbook back to us to begin the two‑business‑day delivery window.

The Delivery & Connection Steps:

You will receive your personalised report pack as a pre‑configured .pbix file containing secure placeholder data.

1. Open the File: Double-click the delivered .pbix file to open it in Power BI Desktop (fully populated with secure placeholder data).
2. Update the Data Source: From the Home ribbon, click Transform Data ➔ Data Source Settings ➔ Change Source.
3. Paste Your URL: Replace our trial environment URL with your organisation's live OnePlan OData URL, click OK, and hit Refresh.

Power BI will clear the placeholder data and load your live OnePlan records into your personalised fields, slicers and localised formatting.

• 100% Data-Free Delivery - We never request, require, or see your actual project details, financials, and resource schedules. They remain entirely within your secure environment.
• Metadata-Only Workflow - You only provide the empty field labels (e.g., Department or Priority); all configuration is completed in our isolated OnePlan demo sandbox.
• Strategic Anonymity Protection - To protect your internal project profiling methods and corporate strategy, we strictly require generic naming conventions (e.g. Strategic Priority 1) on your intake sheet. You can easily rename these visual labels back to your proprietary corporate names inside Power BI Desktop in under 5 seconds once the file is delivered (simply double-click the column name in the Data pane or change the field label directly on the visual).
• No Dropdown Content Required - If your custom column is a Choice (Dropdown) field, do not send us the internal list of options. We use generic placeholders (Option A, Option B) in our sandbox. Your live environment’s dropdown choices will automatically populate the moment you connect your live URL.

• External data blending (SharePoint, Excel, Azure DevOps) is not included
• Visual layout redesigns, custom formulas and DAX logic are not included
• All submissions must pass the verification checklist in the Intake Matrix workbook
• We operate independently and are not affiliated with OnePlan or its parent companies
• All OnePlan Portfolio Status Report Pack templates remain the property of OnePlan
• Our fee covers personalisation and localisation labour applied to a template the customer already has access to
• We do not sell, distribute or licence OnePlan software, environments or report templates
• Customers must hold valid OnePlan licences to refresh and run the delivered .PBIX file
• The service is executed strictly according to the final Mapping Matrix submitted by the customer
• Revision requests that alter or expand the submitted matrix require a separate POA consultation
• Open‑ended development, layout restructuring or custom logic updates are not included
• We are not liable for any losses, damages or business impacts arising from the use, refresh or interpretation of the delivered .PBIX file
• All responsibility for data accuracy, environment configuration and refresh behaviour rests solely with the customer
