2. Email your column headers ONLY to info@freedom-solutions.co.uk in the body of the email - include your Order Number and state which Power BI sample report you purchased.
3. To comply with corporate security and privacy policies, do not send any company data, project files or spreadsheets
4. Our team will update the underlying data model, verify the mapping schema, and deliver your production-ready .pbix within two business days.

The Delivery & Connection Steps:

You will receive a pre‑configured PBIX file with sample data, delivered via email

Power BI Desktop is required to open and use the report. No Premium or Fabric licences are needed unless you choose to publish it to the Power BI Service.

1. Save and extract the .zip package containing the .pbix file and the Excel data source.
2. Open the report in Power BI Desktop. Select 'Transform Data' > 'Data Source Settings' and point the source to the included Excel file.
3. Filter & Refresh: Use the Filters Pane to select your project Id. The visuals will update instantly with the sample data.

Please ensure your plain text column names are finalised before submitting them via email.

Freedom Solutions provides this configuration service on an "as-is" basis. We accept no liability and cannot be held responsible for any data corruption, data loss, reporting inaccuracies, or subsequent business disruptions that may occur within your systems after implementing or refreshing the modified Power BI file.
